Heart & Home: & How I Got Here

If you had told me years ago that I’d be juggling open houses, snack time with my toddlers, skincare appointments, and food truck events all in the same week — I probably would’ve laughed! But, here I am, doing exactly that…and honestly? I wouldn’t change a thing. My life is full, and so is my heart. I believe I’m not just in the business of real estate, I’m the heart in finding home.

My name is Cassandra Reyes — I’m a wife, a momma to two beautiful little girls, a co-owner of METAL KITCHEN™️ food trailer, Aesthetician, and a REALTOR® with Century 21 Lois Lauer Realty. But more than that, I’m someone who’s always been drawn to what “home” really means.

From a young age, I was fascinated by homes — not just the design or layout, but the idea that behind every door was a family, a story, and a life unfolding. I’ve always loved DIY projects and home transformations. I’ve refinished furniture, installed my own flooring, cut down my own boards to design accent walls, and even dabbled in woodworking — because when I get a vision, I go for it! At this point, I can walk into almost any house and think, “Oh, we can totally fix this up.“– even when others are ready to run! (Let’s just say my husband’s learned to be cautiously supportive.)  That curiosity turned in to passion for seeing potential and beauty in every home, and that passion eventually became my career in real estate. Today, I get to help people find their place to redesign, plant roots, grow, and create memories — and to me, that is incredibly special!

But real estate is just one piece of the puzzle.

Alongside my career, I co-own a food truck with my amazing husband. It started as his dream –something he was passionate about from the beginning — and I was there helping behind the scenes every step of the way. At first, the idea of owning a business myself felt intimidating. I loved supporting his dream, but never imagined I’d be confident enough to build something of my own. But something shifted as we built that business together — I saw the power of grit, faith, and showing up for your passion even when it’s scary. Watching him turn his dream into a career lit a fire in me. It gave me the courage to stop playing safe and start building my brand in real estate.

That experience didn’t just inspire me — it equipped me! It taught me how to hustle with heart, to trust the process, and to believe in the calling God placed on my own life. Whether it’s navigating busy weekends, raising our girls, or chasing big goals, we show up for each other.

That same spirit of teamwork and trust is what I bring into work with every client.

My heart for serving others flows through every area of my life, including my work as a licensed Aesthetician. Did you think my hats ended at just being a wife, mom, co-owner of a food truck, and a Realtor? 😜 I genuinely love the science of skincare and the one-on-one connections it brings. Ultimately, it comes back down to helping people — and with skincare I am able to help someone feel seen, confident, and cared for. Whether I’m handling to behind the scenes with my husband’s food truck, treating client’s skin, or handing the keys to a new home — I show up fully: with intention and compassion.

Being a Realtor means more to me than selling homes. It means showing up for families in some of the biggest moments of their lives. It means listening, guiding, and protecting their peace through a process that can feel overwhelming. When you work with me, you’re getting someone who is all in — not just with knowledge and experience, but with heart and genuine care.

So how did I get here? Through faith, family, and following the things that light me up!

It’s not always easy wearing so many hats — wife, mom, entrepreneur, skincare expert, Realtor — but everything I do is rooted in heart, home, and building dreams. I’m grateful every day for the blessings and chances to help others find a space where their own story can begin.
